The building design past rezoning unanimously and is the largest new building to pass Charlotte Historic District Commission review unanimously. Opened 2014. It was awarded 2016 Boutique Off-Campus Innovator Project of the Year from the Student Housing Business Association at the Annual Gala in Austin Texas.
