Miller Architecture is very experienced and creative at Site Fit and Feasibility Studies. Tony Miller’s experience in planning a broad variety of building types and site fit conditions. All the Planned Communities and Multi-Family projects that Miller Architecture has won national design awards for are projects that were site planned in the office. Miller Architecture’s dozens of national design awards recently include Best Infill Community and Best Single-Family Community in the country. Miller Architecture fits more feasibly onto a site than other firms working on the same site in competition. The resulting buildings are both economical and have added value for their picturesque delightfulness.

Off-Campus Student Housing Resort near UNC Charlotte on 23acres at the Future Rocky River Road LYNX Blue Line Transit Station. Master plan carved out outparcels that paid $7M for the total cost of the property. Student Housing portion built for $27M sold for $54M (double its build price) a year after occupancy. It sold again 3 years later for $74.5M. Built Student Resort consists of Clubhouse with luxury amenities such as Stand-Up Tanning, Fireplaces in Locker Rooms, Golf Simulator, etc. Housing in a woodland site consists of 1 Bedroom Cottages, Treehouse style loft Cabins, Lodges, Townhomes around Courtyards, Flats in four story Chalets and Urban style Mixed-Use Apartments near the Transit Station.
