The Magnolia Pavilion in Pinehurst was published as a feature story in the November issue of Fine Homebuilding. The Pavilion has innovative Cedar Framing as well as underfoot heat system under the Bluestone Pavers. The custom round table seats 10 with its lazy susan center. The Pavilion features on Outdoor Kitchen, a Pizza Oven, separate Living and Dining turrets and a 2-story water slide to the custom swimming pool also designed by Miller Architecture.
A French Country Home with heavy timber porches, a screened porch with fireplace and custom iron balcony on Maryland Avenue in Charlotte sold for a record price -$300,000 more than any home on the street prior.
