New Quadraplex on an inner block Service Lot in the Dilworth Historic District.
The Carriage House design reflects the historical use of such a lot facing only the rear of street facing homes, offices and restaurants. Approved by HDC for Certificate of Appropriateness.
HOPPER ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT Charlotte, NC
Design of 800sf Accessory Residence to match the Historic Victorian Main House as well as embellishments to the property including new fences and gates, new driveways and walks and a modification of the historic garage to shelter a vintage camper. In Permit Review.
HERMITAGE COURT Charlotte, NC
Miller Architecture is working on restorations and additions to 400 Hermitage Court as well as 404-406 Hermitage Court and a new infill home on the subdivided lot that will be reviewed by Charlotte Historic Properties Commission. Under Construction.
708 SOUTH SUMMIT AVENUE Charlotte, NC
Miller Architecture designed the largest new infill building to be approved by the Charlotte Historic Properties Commission. The 35 unit Apartment Building will have a third floor Amenities Suite and Deck with outdoor fireplace overlooking the downtown skyline from Wesley Heights. Opened January 2015.
HISTORIC NEWRY MILL
Miller Architecture provided Consulting Feasibility Studies for adaptive reuse of the Historic Courtenay Cotton Mill in the National Register mill town of Newry in Seneca, SC. Plans achieved far more residential units than the developer Keowee Water Company dba The Historic Newry Mill, LLC budgeted for.
Miller Architecture has contracted for A&E Services for renovation of the Historic Cline Hosiery Manufacturing Building in Hildebran, NC. Plans for a 5000sf Branch Library in a portion of the Building were approved by the Burke County Board of Commissioners on June 15 contingent on acquiring Federal Library grants for a portion of the upfit.

KERNERSVILLE TRAIN DEPOT HISTORIC DOCUMENTATION
Renovation of Historic Train Depot into Community Center. Majority of original Heavy Timber Structure will be replaced with drawings of joinery measured and documented by Miller Architecure for Poetzsch Architecture. Accessory Uses will be in adjoining Cabooses to Expose and Preserve the Historical Integrity of the existing Depot Structure.
