It was awarded 2016 Boutique Off-Campus Innovator Project of the Year from the Student Housing Business Association at the Annual Gala in Austin Texas April 14th.

Miller Architecture provided Consulting Feasibility Studies for adaptive reuse of the Historic Courtenay Cotton Mill in the National Register mill town of Newry in Seneca, SC as a Fitness Focused Student Housing Community for Clemson University Students. Plans achieved far more residential units than the developer Keowee Water Company dba The Historic Newry Mill, LLC budgeted for. Unbuilt to date.
