Multi-Family & Mixed Use


Miller Architecture has been awarded 10 national awards for Multi-Family design as well as one Chapter Citation from the American Institute of Architects and an Honorable Mention from the International Design Awards.

The National Association of Home Builders awarded Miller Architecture 2 Gold Awards for Student Housing and Design Detailing at their 2019 International Builders Show in Las Vegas. They will award a 2020 Game Changer Award for our innovative Vertical Student Housing at the upcoming virtual ceremony in February 2021.

The American Institute of Building Design awarded Miller Architecture Best in Show for the best project in the nation in 2018. Miller Architecture had also been awarded GRAND ARDA Awards in the categories of Multi-Family Design and Design Detail of the Year.

The National Association of Home Builders Design Committee has awarded Arcadia Student Living near UNC Charlotte a 2017 Best in American Living Gold Award for Student Housing.

Arcadia Student Living Loft Cottages near UNC Charlotte has won the 2016 Grand ARDA for Multi-Family by the American Institute of Building Design as best Multi-Family in the US.

Miller Architecture has received a 2016 Innovator Award for Off-Campus Boutique Apartments from the Student Housing Business Association for 708 Summit in Charlotte, NC.
