Miller Architecture has been using their experience in designing Apartment Studio Units, Efficiencies and Student Housing Cottages to plan compact rental, young adult and retirement cottages for efficient and spacious feeling homes.

Miller Architecture uses their experience in authentic period detailing and Historic Preservation to design Tiny Home ADUs that compliment the primary home on the lot.

The Charlotte Zoning Ordinance was recently amended to allow ADUs or Accessory Dwelling Units up to 800sf in the rear of most Single Family Homes in Mecklenburg County.

Kyle Delker has received an Honor Award from the Cleveland Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for his Kent State Master's Thesis Project on
Compact Living Design.
